  • The programmes can be tailored to meet your needs, you could opt for a short course to get the flavour of the method which you could use to assess issues in small groups or teams, or you could have a whole team trained up as community researchers with support throughout the process. It’s up to you. A breakdown of the type of training programme we offer can be found on this site under Training Programmes. All of the programmes are planned and delivered to a high standard.   • Take Part Community Consultation programmes are centred around the concept of local people recognising their own problems, knowing the solutions and being able to describe the actions required to put things right – this process allows them to do just that. The aim of the consultation programmes is to create local actions in a truly democratic and inclusive process.
      All of the programmes contain an element of team building using fun and games as part of the training, the team learn to trust each other and share their knowledge – they support each other in their learning and produce quality work which they own. To find out more contact us.
